Really well put case for SEO. Don&#039;t forget also that the more informal nature of the blog allows the author(s) to include long-tail keywords (typically 3-6 words long) to be put into the text too ensuring that, over time, PPC budgets can be moved from the ling-tail part of the PPC campaign into other channels.

It&#039;s also worth thinking about the impact of Google Suggest on long-tail keywords too.

The suggestion on the blogoshpere that GS may kill long-tail keywords as users searching for a term are presented with Google&#039;s recommendation for term. In most cases so far, the top-appearing terms have been the short ones.

Maybe blogs now present a bigger long-tail opportunity than ever?
