How KMP Created Asda’s Amy

Regular visitors to our blog will be aware that back in July we launched “Amy” Asda’s Virtual Assistant. Designed to guide customers through Asda’s new online shopping platform, Amy provides a 24/7 customer service solution, dealing with enquiries directly on-site to increase the user experience and so reducing website drop off rates and the need for the customer to deal directly with the call centre.

In  an earlier blog about Amy we described in detail the creative process we undertook in order to develop Amy from a concept to a Customer Service representative and promised to update you on how she was getting on.

Well, due to the interest in the work the KMP Creative team produced, we thought it would be helpful to explain in more detail how Amy was created and the impact she has had on the shop floor at Asda, and as words can only portray so much, we thought a video might help explain things a little better.
