As part of the continuing development of the KMP Digitata team we have another job vacancy available.
We are currently looking for an experienced web-developer to join our technical team in Stockport. The role would involve a combination of new project web development, helping to estimate and cost work, liaising with clients / internal project managers and technical managers to develop cutting-edge solutions for a variety of blue chip clients.
The job will also involve improvement and support of client websites and legacy systems. You will be working within a 5-man team to provide the technical capability at KMP, including mentoring of junior developers and contractors.
Essential Skills
- Thorough understanding & Experience of Java (1.4 or greater) or C#
- Experience of SQL (preferably DB2 or SQL Server)
- Java Script
- HTML/CSS experience
Desirable Skills
- Experience of .NET 3.5, MVC
- Experience of IBM Web Sphere
- Experience of jQuery
- Experience of PHP
- Experience of one or more of the following CMS Sitecore, Umbraco, Drupal
