Our expert knowledge of user journeys and design resulted in an increase of the number of sign ups for Makro’s customer card online.
Makro needed to improve the sign up of the Makro Card online, so we created a new home page that improved the user journey and UI. In addition to the new homepage we created a Gmap application to help locate stores and a virtual assistant.
Mak the Virtual Assisant
We also created a virtual assistant called Mak, to aid in the assistance of customer service online. Mak helped customers by answering their queries, providing solutions to their problems and reduce the need for people to ring the Makro call centre.
