A major rebrand shake-up is well under way for leading student tour operator Outgoing after recently appointing us to restyle both their online and offline presence.
We are really excited about this project which will see a total rebrand of the student travel company which takes over 95,000 students on European city breaks each year.
The brief includes defining a new ‘brand voice’ for the company while also updating the look and feel of the identity to match its ambition of becoming a leading tour operator.
By using a blend of market research and experience testing workshops we aim to redefine a new stronger edgier brand that stands out from the crowd.
Our Head of Digital Design Steve Arnold and Head of UX Adam Brock have been working closely with Outgoing to determine what makes them tick and what the new brand should communicate to their customers.

As part of this rebranding project we’ll also update colour pallets, form a new logo and font set and set Outgoing’s tone of voice but also redefining the use of imagery.
