Manchester Airport requested that we design a solution to take advantage of the real-time micro blogging capabilities of Twitter in order to engage their customers.

As Manchester Airport was new to Twitter, it was important to generate as much interest and as many followers in the initial stages as possible. So we built an application that gave vouchers to new followers and prizes to people who retweeted the Airport’s messages.

The second application is the “Tweeting Departure” to improve their customers experience by providing them with the most up to date information about their flight through twitter DMs.
