The latest website launch for Bruntwood is set to make things even easier for professionals seeking to rent office space across the North West, thanks to a visual transformation project carried out by digital agency KMP Digitata.
As well as delivering a range of improvements for end-users, the new site will help Bruntwood develop content rich web pages through the implementation of the Umbraco content management platform. Umbraco allows Bruntwood to update content in real-time through an intuitive interface and enables their internal commercial team to increase business leads using targeted messaging.

Through listening to the needs of Bruntwood and their customers, the site features a simple menu that provides the user with the relevant information while remaining striking and easily digestible no matter what device it is viewed on.
As part of the project, KMP developed a number of new site features, making it engaging to the user visiting the site at the time. For example, the user will see tailored information that relates to the kind of properties they have searched for. What’s more the site’s new, ‘My Places’ functionality allows users to save their favourite properties to an account and return to the site to view and compare them whenever they wish. In addition, Bruntwood can recommend other similar properties to users, based on their saved listings that they may also be interested in, to help increase conversion.
The new website represents an exciting time for the family-owned company and has been built to respond to the growing demand for the firm’s services. The fully-responsive website is designed to look fantastic on all devices and the intuitive layout is user-focused and centred around Bruntwood’s philosophy of empowering individuals and helping to inspire their business opportunities.
As part of the user-journey focus, we included, videos of the properties, google map street view and a property search which is situated prominently on the homepage allowing visitors to quickly search for properties or office spaces within a certain area, street or postcode. The property specialists work with private and public sector partners, they have over 100 commercial buildings throughout Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Liverpool, Birmingham and Leeds.
