Pre-Lockdown, KMP had helped Home Decor start on its digital transformation journey and develop its Space Slide website as an ecommerce platform to complement the existing showrooms. The site was intended to allow customers to conceptualise, design and order their bespoke sliding doors from an array of styles and materials, built on Sitecore and its ucommerce platform.
The ongoing challenges were to ensure that the site was able to match customer requirements at all points on the journey and to convert at the desired rate.
