Summary

Initially established in 1845 as a Northampton-based firm, Shoosmiths LLP has evolved significantly over the years. Previously recognized for its out-of-town locations, such as the Solent and Milton Keynes, the firm has undergone strategic expansion. In 2012, Shoosmiths LLP merged with Scottish firm Archibald Campbell & Harley, now known as ACH Shoosmiths. Further growth occurred in 2016 with the addition of new offices in bustling city centers like Leeds and Belfast. Today, Shoosmiths LLP boasts a presence in every jurisdiction of the UK, operating from a network of 11 offices.
